Those first precious weeks with your brand new baby are so special- even if they tend to pass in a bit of a haze. Having some beautiful keepsakes of this time to look back on for generations is a wonderful way to freeze a few moments in time.
This year, I'll be offering slightly different sessions then previously. You will be able to choose from in home and outdoor sessions with a focus on family photos to capture some memories of how tiny your little one was in your hands and your first few weeks together as a growing family.
Model call sessions will be available at certain times of the year to help expand and refine my portfolio. More information about these will be available on my website- you can also complete an enquiry form for more details.
As always, sessions will be run with my utmost care and attention with your baby's safety and comfort as my first priority.

In Home Wrapped Session
Your sweetly sleeping baby, snugly and carefully wrapped and nestled into a baby-sized basket. A sweet reminder of how utterly small and precious they truly were.
Wrapped sessions feature your little one in a variety of props and wraps. You'll be invited to share any preferences or visions you have for the session in terms or colours and props to help guide the different set-ups we'll use and I'll bring everything along ready to set up when I arrive at your home.
Little ones tend to settle well once they've got a full tummy and are warmly wrapped up, so often these sessions don't take too long. I plan for up to 2 hours though, so there's plenty of time if your little one needs a little extra time to get comfortable.
Photos with parents and siblings are included. Full wardrobe guidance is provided and you're also welcome to borrow a gown from the client closet
In Home Family Session
It may feel like the days of your whole life revolving around your little love's feeding, sleeping, cleaning and cuddling needs will stretch on forever. They won't though. Before you know it you'll be planning a first birthday celebration and photos of you and your partner doting on your sweet, squishy newborn will be a beautiful reminder of the time when your tiny baby it perfectly into your two hands.
Most of the photos will be of your little one with their parents (and siblings if applicable) and we'll also take a few of baby on their own. Your baby will be photographed in an outfit and a wrap in a variety of ways so you'll have lots of photos to choose from. This is also a great option if you'd like to get some breastfeeding and/or skin-to-skin photos.
Full wardrobe guidance is provided and use of a gown from the client closet is included.

Outdoor Sessions

Outdoor sessions are available in parks located south of the river. These feature lots of family photos as well as a few of baby snuggled up on their own,

Breathe life into your photos with beautiful artwork to cherish for generations
Leah was fantastic. We did two sessions with her less than a fortnight apart: a maternity and then a newborn lifestyle session. My husband and I aren't super comfortable in front of the camera but Leah made it feel natural and relaxed. The dresses were flattering on my pregnant and then postpartum body and made me feel beautiful!
The final photos were stunning and captured our little family vibe perfectly. The process to select/edit/print was very smooth, with great communication. Can't recommend her highly enough!
